I conceived the idea of completing a 100km ultra marathon.
I believed I would be successful, and as a result
I achieved this goal on the 22nd April, 1990.

I know that with this very simple rule you too can reward yourself. In all areas of life, be it sports, business or personal, to achieve anything, you have to sacrifice or endure hardship for the end result. The old sporting statement “no gain without pain” is true for any situation. All my preparation for the 100km ultra marathon involved quality training at about 80% exertion rate which draws very heavily from the body’s reserves of energy. Interview with Lucille Flint

In February, the originator of Grace formulas, Lucille Flint, was guest speaker at the ‘Nature’s Secret Revealed’ Seminars held in Australia and New Zealand.

Lucille spoke with Professional Marketing Magazine.

CW: What was your original philosophy behind the Grace formulas?

LF: My philosophy was simply that the product was honest, meaning that I wanted the consumer to know every natural organic and botanical ingredient in each product. It was also important to me that each product would give the results it was advertised or sold to do.

CW: What makes our Grace formulas so unique?
